Mackinac Island State Park, on Mackinac Island, and Michilimackinac State Park, in Mackinaw City, remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Some sites within the parks have dedicated seasonal hours.
Our historic sites are open seasonally; most are open early May into October. Historic Downtown Mackinac, on Mackinac Island, is open early June through late August. Dousman’s Mill, in Mackinaw City, closes Labor Day weekend.
