Marquette Park is located at the base of Fort Mackinac, overlooking downtown Mackinac Island and Haldimand Bay. The park is expansive, and several locations could be available for your wedding ceremony. The Peace Garden is located within Marquette Park behind the Richard & Jane Manoogian Mackinac Art Museum, providing stunning views of downtown Mackinac Island, Fort Mackinac, and the marina.
Weddings may be scheduled within Marquette Park from early May through October. The park can be booked for a wedding from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. All wedding reservations include a 2-hour time block for decorating, ceremony, pictures, and clean-up. Rehearsals can also be scheduled the day before.
Up to 50 white wedding chairs are provided for the ceremony. Additional chairs (up to 200) are also available for $2.00 each.
