Mackinac Island Wedding Venues

Mackinac Island State Park is home to six iconic wedding venues with some of the most unforgettable and memorable locations and views available in northern Michigan.

  • Somewhere in Time Gazebo

    The Somewhere in Time Gazebo is situated on a wooded bluff just east of Fort Mackinac, overlooking Marquette Park, the village of Mackinac Island, and Straits of Mackinac. This is the original gazebo from the movie Somewhere in Time, filmed on Mackinac Island.

  • Historic Mission Church

    Located on Main Street in the eastern end of Mackinac Island’s historic downtown, Mission Church is Michigan’s oldest surviving church building.

  • Marquette Park

    Marquette Park, with its view overlooking downtown Mackinac Island and Haldimand Bay, as well as the Peace Garden, nestled between the Mackinac Art Museum and Fort Mackinac, offer unique and unforgettable locations in the heart of Mackinac Island.

  • British Landing

    British Landing has a dynamic view of Lake Huron, St. Ignace and the Mackinac Bridge. A rocky beach opens up to the magnificent blue waters of the lake, offering you a beautiful setting for your Mackinac Island wedding.

  • Fort Mackinac

    Located on the bluff overlooking Mackinac Island’s downtown and the Straits of Mackinac, Fort Mackinac provides a stunning and memorable wedding location.

  • Fort Holmes

    Fort Holmes offers unmatched views of Mackinac Island and the surrounding area, and is a beautifully unique setting for your wedding ceremony.
