Adventure Tour Guidelines

There are guidelines and restrictions for the Adventure Tour. Please read and understand before visiting the park and purchasing your Adventure Tour ticket.

Participants must:

• Weigh between 50 – 250 pounds
• Be a minimum of 4 feet tall
• Wear shoes that are securely attached to your feet (no flip-flops or loose fitting sandals)
• Not be wearing skirts or dresses
• Sign a Waiver of Liability form
• Must have their Waiver of Liability form signed by a parent or legal guardian if they are under 18 years old. You can pick up a form in the David A. Armour Visitor's Center at Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park.
• Must accompany their child 11 years of age or under on the Adventure Tour
• Purchase an Adventure Tour ticket inside the David A. Armour Visitor’s Center at Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park before taking the tour

For safety reasons, Adventure Tours will be suspended if it rains. If you’ve already purchased your ticket, your money will be refunded.

Groups (12 persons or more) wishing to participate in the Adventure Tour must make prior arrangements with Scott Witsman when booking the visit. They should also have their Waiver of Liability forms signed before arriving at the park. Groups must contact Scott Witsman to obtain the form.
