From Ferry line docks to Fort Mackinac
Upon leaving the dock, head east along Main (Huron) Street. At the intersection of Main Street and Fort Street, turn north. Marquette Park will be to your right. The South Sally Booth entrance to Fort Mackinac can be seen at the bottom of the fort ramp. The distance averages between 0.20 and 0.75 miles, depending on ferry line. For the Avenue of Flags accessible entrance, continue up Fort Hill on Fort Street, turning east onto Huron Road. The entrance is only a short distance from the turn. This adds approximately 0.25 miles to the distance.
